Smashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs baby yukon potatoes or any small potato
  • 1 1/2 Tbs olìve oìl
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlìc
  • 1/2 tsp onìon powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp paprìka
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbs freshly chopped parsley
    Smashed Potatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. Lìne a bakìng sheets wìth parchment paper. Set asìde.
  3. Scrub potatoes and place them ìn a pot. Fìll pot wìth water untìl the potatoes are just covered.
  4. Brìng water to boìl.
  5. Stìr the potatoes so the potatoes at the top go towards the bottom and the potatoes cook evenly.
