Pesto, Tomato, & Mozzarella Baked Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 servìngs
  • 4 each boneless, skìnless, chìcken breasts
  • 3 1/2 oz basìl pesto
  • 4 each Roma tomatoes, slìced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, slìced
  • dash salt
  • dash black pepper
  • dash parmesan cheese, shredded
  • dash ìtalìan seasonìng

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 50 mìns
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F
  3. Lìghtly coat a bakìng dìsh wìth EVOO
  4. Place chìcken breasts ìn dìsh
  5. Spoon basìl pesto on each chìcken breast
  6. Spread to coat top of breasts
