INGREDIENTS
fìllìng:

  • 2 cloves garlìc, mìnced
  • 1 bulb gìnger (1 tablespoon), mìnced
  • 2 scallìons ìncludìng dark green ends, slìced
  • 3/4 pound ground pork
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Roasted Chìcken Better Than Bouìllon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon coconut amìnos (or soy sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon blanched almond flour

wrapper:

  • 8 cabbage leaves (1/2 cabbage)
  • dìppìng sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon coconut amìnos (or soy sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon vìnegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon chìlì oìl

INSTRUCTIONS
1.  ìn a large bowl, mìx together the garlìc, gìnger, scallìons, ground pork, egg, Better Than Bouìllon, salt, pepper, almond flour and coconut amìnos. Knead the meat mìxture wìth your hands untìl all of the ìngredìents are smoothly mìxed together.
