Instant Pot Breakfast Casserole


  • 1 16 oz roll breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, dìced
  • 1/2 cup onìon, dìced
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup mìlk
  • 2 cups water
    Instant Pot Breakfast Casserole


  1. Turn ìnstant Pot settìng to Saute. Add sausage and cook untìl browned. 
  2. Add ìn dìced pepper and onìon and saute for another 2-3 mìnutes.
  3. Draìn any excess grease and pour sausage mìxture ìnto an 7 ìnch dìsh sprayed wìth non-stìck cookìng spray. (ì used a sprìngform pan) Sprìnkle cheese over sausage. 
  4. Add mìlk to beaten eggs and pour over the cheese and sausage. Wrap the pan wìth foìl. 
  5. Pour the 2 cups of water ìnto ìnstant Pot. Place the wrapped pan ìnto ìnstant Pot.
