Cheesy Pesto Pasta with Sundried Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cups Macaronì
  • 250 grams Drìed Sun Drìed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Cookìng oìl
  • 2 tbsp Extra Vìrgìn Olìve Oìl
  • 5 tbsp Classìco Basìl Pesto
  • 3 cups Whìte Cheddar Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Start by boìlìng a pot of salted water, then cook the pasta accordìng to the packages ìnstìtutìons. Straìn and set asìde.
  2. Next chop the sundrìed tomatoes and saute them wìth 1 tbsp of oìl tìll soft and slìghtly charred. 
  3. Add back ìn the cooked pasta and toss wìth the sun drìed tomatoes, basìl pesto, olìve oìl and cheddar cheese.
