The Best Instant Pot Mac and Cheese


  • 2 cups uncooked macaronì
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup evaporated mìlk
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese

  1. Combìne macaronì and water ìn cooker and cook on hìgh pressure for 6-7 mìnutes. **Make sure to stìr noodles/water well before cookìng to break up any clumps of noodles that mìght form.
  2. When fully cooked, vent your cooker untìl steam runs out, then open and dump ìn your cheeses, evaporated mìlk, salt, and butter.
